Job Specification:

Handling calls and emails from online customers

Handling email and social media responses

Performing within set target boundaries

Use of local customer service application (CS APP) to update order information accurately

Managing customer expectations to provide an excellent customer experience

Providing general administrative support

Key Skills and Experience Required:

Effective time management and attendance

Pro-active management of own workload

Microsoft Office skills notably Outlook and understanding of Excel

Concentration and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills verbal and written

Patient with good sense of humor

Effective team player

Self-confident

Flexible in approach and with working hours/shifts

1-2 years prior customer service experience in a call-center preferred
